Sun Powered Solar Ovens, 39 x 39 inch commercial grade; cook anything. Condition is "Used". Local, Las Vegas, NV pickup only. You can cook anything up to about a 13 lb. Turkey or a 15 lb. Roast. There is an adjustable shelf inside the glass-dome covered cooking area. The unit tilts and rotates on wheels so it is easy to always obtain ideal orientation to the sun. Although these cookers are portable at about 35 lbs., they might be best at an off-grid home where cooking energy is a concern. Never hunt or pay for cooking fuel again if you plan your cooking to take advantage of when solar energy is available. If I had an off-grid home; I would not be selling them. Cooking times vary, but, on a sunny day, add about 10-20% more time than conventional ovens. On summer days these units will cook in real time or faster, especially in the southwest of USA. Includes heavy canvas covers for the units when not in use. Keep them in a protected area and covered when storing. Use cooking gloves when handling the glass dome-lid and hot pots, etc. The mirrors concentrate a large amount of solar energy into the cooking chamber and very high temperatures will occur.
